  • Martin has Msc. Project Management Jomo Kenyatta University, BSc Medical Laboratory Science Kenyatta University, Diploma Healthcare Management (HCM) Kenya Institute of Management, Certified Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Kenya Institute of Management. Martin has over 12 years of experience in healthcare industry/Laboratory medicine.
  • Martin has over 10 years’ experience in healthcare industry/Laboratory medicine.He served as a Medical Laboratory technologist Volunteer with AIDS Relief Projects (Catholic Medical Mission Board),North Kinangop Catholic Hospital as a senior Laboratory technologist and currently as a Laboratory Manager at Nanyuki Cottage Hospital.Founder and Chairman of KAWACHI FOUNDATION.
  • Martin is a firm believer in measurement and is experienced in use of software’s such Microsoft Project, SPSS,ODK and KOBOCOLLECT .He is also skilled in Project Management and monitoring and evaluation, Superb analytical ability and judgment to relate test results to normal or pathological states, and to resolve technical equipment problems.
  • Martin has been with the hospital for 11 years, under his leadership the lab is now ISO 15189:2012 & KENAS accredited. Over the years his insights and diligence has shown tremendous growth in the lab department.
  • Martin now takes over as a new responsibility as the Business Development Manager. He will be in charge of Laboratory operations, Gundua Health center, Town clinic and planning new satellite clinics.
  • He served as a Medical Laboratory Technologist Volunteer with AIDS Relief Projects (Catholic Medical Mission Board), North Kinangop Catholic Hospital as a senior Laboratory technologist.
