Dr. Musa Saruti

Dr Musa is a Consultant Family Physician with a special interest in whole-person care and Health care for all. He has several years of clinical experience as a medical doctor with significant cross-cultural exposure in Central and Eastern-Africa.
Dr Musa has a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. He holds a Masters’ Degree of Medicine in Department of Family Medicine.
He has several certificates from reliable institutions including Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) from KABU, Advanced Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO) from INFAMED, Point of care Ultrasounds (POCUS) from KAFP, Quality Improvement and Patients’ Safety from IHI among others.
He has spent the last couple of years of his medical practice dealing with acute and chronic conditions, communicable and non-communicable diseases in all age groups as part of his family medicine practice. He is passionate about patients’ education and spends most of his time educating patients about their conditions as part of health promotion and diseases prevention.
Dr Musa, as a Family Medicine Resident was actively involved in the management of critical and non- critical cases in various faith-based hospitals under Kabarak University in Kenya (PCEA Chogoria Hospital, Tenwek Hospital and AIC Kijabe Hospital). He was the Head of the Family Medicine Department in Maua Methodist Hospital up to April 2021.
